Overview
Hyatt Regency Birmingham has eight meeting rooms, individually designed to cater for every type of event, from intimate board meeting and high profile conferences to banquets, weddings and private dining.
The hotel's Symphony Ballroom provides 225 square metres of versatile, state-of-the-art space for either business or pleasure and is ideal for meetings, banquets and elaborate weddings. The ballroom is the largest suite and can also be divided into three sections for smaller gatherings. Called Allegro, Andante and Scherzo Suites, these meeting rooms can each accommodate 70 people cocktail style and 30 people classroom style.
The Sonata Suite is adaptable for a wide variety of events including dinners, meetings and receptions. The maximum capacity is 100 people theatre style. The Dolce, Fortissimo and Soprano are identical in size and each holds 40 people theatre style. These suites are ideal for smaller meetings, dinners and as break out rooms for larger functions.
The Concerto and Drawing Room are two stylish rooms featuring an open fireplace and library and are the perfect rooms for high profile presentations, small cocktail parties and private dinners. Hyatt’s exclusive Boardroom accommodates up to 12 people in a comfortable and executive setting.
The hotel’s direct link to Birmingham’s International Convention Centre means that, should clients need larger facilities in which to hold a meeting or event, the ICC is easily accessible. The ICC can accommodate up to 3,000 people.
